Introduction

Buck, the main character in Jack London's The Call of the Wild, travels from the Santa Clara Valley of California to the Yukon Territory.  Jack London mentions specific places in Buck's transformation from being a domesticated pet to answering the call of his ancestors--a wild primordial beast.  You will be introduced to Buck's world and experience the terrain covered as you map Buck's journey.
